Removal of package ffpb-alfred-watchdog from site.mk

Unless there is a significant amount of automated ffpb-debug reports around somewhere, which were initiated by the watchdog package, A.L.F.R.E.D. appears to be stable enough with Gluon 2014.4 and the package thus can be removed from the Firmware image again.
