Overvolting notes:
* Tests done at 24MHz, no PLL.
* If running from flash, browns out at around 8V.
* If running from RAM, can go up to around 10V before it blows up.
* IN SPITE of PC5/PC6 being listed as FT inputs, Applying about >2.5V higher than VCC will blow up the chip.
