 * Fix checksum calculation for escape
 * Add vFlashWrite, vFlashErase and vFlashDone

 * Almost have USB bootloader working.

2. Remove ardulink warning - if someone adds support they add support, if not no need for a warning.

+ remove round up in -r mode to read the requested amount of bytes
+ remove the 0x307 check and stash the old ReadBinaryBlob method
