Including a "cheap" knock-off of ringclock (and even the idea to
put it on this board was stolen from fxk8y *g*).

Otherwise, JLC will complain because one of the DNP parts is in the
same place as another part.

There were some unnecessary gaps due to previous changes.

This has a capacitor on R2 but it doesn't seem to mention any details
about this. Such a capacitor is a typical addition so we add it
although the datasheet with the capacitor seems to be the older one.

It looks like our crystal is more in line with the example in the
hardware design guide rather than what is used for the Pico.

We had placed it away from most components but it was near the
copper planes that transmit the current for the downstream devices,
which might get warm. We have enough space near the push buttons
which won't get warm at all.
