It looks like our crystal is more in line with the example in the
hardware design guide rather than what is used for the Pico.

We had placed it away from most components but it was near the
copper planes that transmit the current for the downstream devices,
which might get warm. We have enough space near the push buttons
which won't get warm at all.

- place all components on the board without any regard to whether
  it makes sense
- generate gerbers, BOM and placement files
