This is not working flawlessly, but is is an improvement. Maybe someone
with more bash voodo can work out the proper solution.

This is importent to ease the possibility of using EMBED_TXTFILES to
embed the .pem certificate into the image.

Phy support was moved to main/network/broken/ethernet_lan8720.cpp and
thus excluded from the build. Using it will provide linking errors, but
since I intend to find a fix for it shortly I wand to keep the impact of
this commit to the qthing api as little as possible.

This reverts commit 2ab136dd.

Relative submodule URLs are broken when cloning from a forked
repository.
